DisperzWel™ suits rigid PVC and uPVC pipes, conduit pipes, PVC edge band, windows, doors and profiles, casing and capping, PVC flooring, and cable compounds. It also works in PP compounding and moulding for household items and automotive parts. In short, it fits most PVC pipe, profile, and PP applications where Industrial Calcium Stearate or High Purity Calcium Stearate is used.
DisperzWel™ is a lubricant and processing aid, not a heat stabiliser. It acts as both an internal and external lubricant and improves dispersion during extrusion. It takes over the lubricant role that Calcium Stearate Chemical plays in your formulation. You keep using your usual stabiliser system alongside it.
